The Spring edition of the 23° 26’ collection comprises a ceramic cup, a herbal tea, a fanzine and a sound track.
We designed a cup that allow your beverage to gently cool down reaching a pleasant temperature for this mid season, neither too hot or too cold. The form is that of a cylinder, simple and essential with no handle. The high foot aids handling and gives an original look to the object. The colors are a celebration of these bright and fresh spring days when nature awaken.
We collaborated with Wilden.herbals to offer you a herbal tea for this spring. Their proposal is Remedium n.2, boost. Nine plants with antioxidant and immunostimulant properties strengthen the immune system and protecting the body from risk factors. The curative properties of Turmeric are supported by the action of other herbs such as Elderflower and Bay Leaf. The active ingredients and the fresh and pungent taste of Ginger mix with those of the slightly spicy Pepper, the pleasant aroma of Lemongrass and the sweet taste of Orange.
Ten herbal tea sachets come in a cotton bag, practical and reusable as a travel or make-up bag.
A self-published fanzine and a playlist curated by Seawash are meant to complete the moment, making this mindful and relaxing ritual.
Materials and process
The cup is made of stoneware coming from Germany, a country rich of this type of clay. Once fired, stoneware turns into a strong and dense ceramic material.
Each cup is handmade at the wheel and trimmed when lather-hard. Every piece is decorated using underglaze colors that form unique green and pink motifs. Then it is air-dried, fired at 980°C, sanded, glazed and fired again at 1220°C.
The inside of each piece is covered with a glossy, food-safe glaze that gives an interesting visual contrast with the external satin surface.

Variations in shade, color, glaze application, and finishing may occur, depending in the particular story of each piece. These differences are to be looked for and embraced as they make each piece unique.
Care instructions
Dishwasher safe. We recommend to carefully place the piece in the dishwasher, so that it does not move or hit anything during the washing cycle.
Not suitable for microwave and oven. Avoid temperature shock. Do not place the piece on direct heat sources.
